Turkiksh is the official language in Turkey, however, English is widely understood and spoken in the capital city and major tourist centres. No vaccination is required if travelling to the region but it is recommended whilst there to be careful about your eating and drinking. It would be a wise idea to limit yourself to drinking bottled water and ensure you avoid eating food provided by temporary street vendors.
